Water is used as a disinfection medium.

The MC-10 knife and moussat sterilizer sink is a convenient and technologically advanced device needed in the meat and fish processing industry, food processing plants and slaughterhouses. It is used for contact or non-contact (depending on the configuration) washing of hands and dishes, as well as for sterilization of knife tools.
